10 Unique Undercut Styles with Long Hair Extensions
Dare to Cut
Spring is coming and hopefully, the weather will warm up.
I need the weather to warm up because I have a vision of a hairstyle I want to rock and it’s going to require me cutting my hair pretty short in the back! For some reason, I think there’s a rule against cutting your hair short during the cold season. I’m not sure if that’s an urban legend or not.
Can somebody help me by confirming or refuting that in the comment section? I will appreciate it!
The style I am going to try is the undercut. Have any of you ever worn an undercut? I believe there’s something so rebellious yet classy about an undercut.
Depending on your mood you can work it so many ways. I was looking through photos of various undercut styles because I want to rock mine flawlessly. As I search, I keep finding some cute style, so I’m sharing my top ten favorite ones. Can I say that Emeli Sande, Rihanna, and a few other celebrities know how to wear this style effortlessly?
You know I am going to give you step-by-step instructions on how to re-create the looks for yourself using long extensions. If you already have an undercut go ahead and tag us on Instagram!
What is an undercut?
An undercut is a fashionable hairstyle in which the hair on the top of the head is longer than the sides and back. The sides and back are a lot shorter than the hair on the top.
Why would you get an undercut?
If you tell your family and friends you want to shave your hair off they may say you-you're crazy.
It’s okay if they do because I support you (you’re welcome). An undercut is a good alternative if your hair is damaged, but you don't want to cut all your hair at once. You may want to cut your hair because you have damaged your hair or have no more ideas on how to style your hair in its current length.
I think an undercut is so fly! If aren’t concerned with keeping your hair length, and you want to do something different go for it!
