I like to take a old pot, Boil hot water, take my favorite conditioner and add it to the pot. I soak the hair for about 20 minutes and it remained soft and luscious . I personally always let my hair air dry because it prevents from any heat damage that can occur while using hot tools. If I do decide to blow dry my hair, I use it on very low heat. Hey, Chekanda! These bundles are right around the standard 100 grams every time. If somehow you received one that was not close to that weight we would be happy to always exchange. And yes you are correct, this hair is not soft as it's real raw hair. It has not been processed other than steamed to be wavy. You might be better off with something like our Brazilian Body Wave in the future. Hope this helps!
