Every week, I would run a new ad, but I noticed that I wasn’t getting the results I needed or wanted to progress forward. The reality with Facebook Ads is that there’s no one way to be successful. You have to try various algorithms to see which methods work for you, and why. My issue was that I wasn’t making the best of the Facebook Ads tool. To make the best of this amazing tool, there some things you’ll need to keep in mind.

When it comes to Facebook Ads, it’s important to be accurate when targeting different audiences. It’s also essential to be creative when creating ads. As with any advertising, it’s necessary to lessen the number of mistakes you make so that you have results that drive sales. The main flaw with Facebook Ads is that it is not beginner friendly at all. In fact, Facebook Ads is so advanced that it has a low success rate for those that don’t understand the Facebook Ads interface.

According to Neil Patel, the co-founder of Neil Patel Digital, about 62% of businesses are not successful when it comes to Facebook Ads. However, despite this statistic, Facebook Ads take up about 18% of the digital ad world and about 9% of total ad spending. This means that Facebook is one of the best platforms to use for advertising because it’s such a powerhouse!

That being said, it’s important for companies to understand how to use Facebook Ads! Let’s get into some mistakes you might be making and how to fix that.

You Only Try A Few Ad Sets

When using Facebook Ads, you’ll want to try out many different AD sets. This platform allows you to specify your target market, which means there are many different variations to attempt. The important thing is that you continue to try different sets until you find a set or a few sets that help you achieve your goals. Many companies only use a few variations, which is why they end up failing. Use as many as possible and track the statistics of each set. By doing this, you might find yourself with better results than before.

All in all, no matter what you come up with, it’s essential that you test it, and ensure that is has a good response before running the ad.

Nobody likes it when there’s a ton of ads from the same company in a short amount of time. It’s called the spam, and it’s the worst way to present your company, especially if you have a hair company. As a company, especially a hair company, you’ll want to release ads whenever it’s important, such as a sale or a new product. You don’t want to post ads about every little thing. Make sure you remember that as you move along!

When creating ads on Facebook, it’s essential to use the right ad format. Also, don’t get into the groove so much that you don’t think you need to change your formatting. Always check in and see if what you’re choosing is working for your business needs.

One of the best qualities of this advertising platform is that you can be eerily specific. For example, if you own a hair company, you’ll want to target the demographic that is most likely to buy hair.

On Facebook Ads, you can specify the group you’re trying to target. For example, it would make sense to target young women interested in hair extensions. If you want to be even more specific, you can specify according to location. Let’s say you’re having a pop-up event, and want people in the area to attend, you can use Facebook Ads to ensure you reach those people.

The important thing is that you choose something that makes sense to you. While not free, Udemy has courses that are informational and easy to follow.

This is one of the most expensive options, but it’s also the simplest one. The most time-consuming part of this option will be finding the right person or people to handle this task for you. Most Facebook experts will require some sort of long term contracts, so keep that in mind when you’re assessing your budget.

The last option you can take is to do the work of Facebook yourself. The important thing is that you focus on your content creation, ad formats, and audience targets. It will take some time to get used to the flow of the platform, but you will understand it with practice and understanding. Be patient with yourself and have fun with it, even if you don’t get immediate results.

All in all, Facebook Ads is a huge platform that can change the success of your company. You might not get immediate results, but you will receive results after putting in the work.
