    What is the best way for reaching back out to customers? Calling? Email? Social Media? Maybe all of them? Should I always do discounts for my loyal customers? to me loyalty & feedback is everything so ion can know where to go next.

    I definitely plan on doing a referral program. I haven’t exactly figured it out yet. I will also offer my existing customers something for returning. I haven’t figured what to offer. Maybe a pair of lashes? Everyone loves something free. This blog was very informative. Thank you for sharing.

    I have been thinking about doing a referral program, so I really like this. It’s so hard to decide and where to spend your money solely because you don’t want it to fail, but I honestly feel like this the best decision.

    I think when people here the customer is always right they look at it from a negative point when in reality it’s way more to it. Offering a great product or service, marketing the heck out of it, being attractive and gain confidence in customers make them want to be loyal is Taking care of your regardless. Great article!
