How To Make Rice Water

Rice water is easy to make. One way of getting rice water is to boil rice. The excess water left after cooking rice in water is what you’ll use. To get started, get a pot and put some rice in it. Fill the bowl with water until it’s about 3/4 of the way over the rice.

The reason for this is that you’ll want to ensure you have excess water to use for your rinse. Boil the rice for some time until the liquid is cloudy and white. Once the water is cloudy, you’ll need a filter to ensure that that you extract the water from the rice.

To use the rice water, you can apply it directly after shampooing, or you can use it regularly throughout the week. My mom loves to use rice water throughout the day when her hair is in need of treatment. She uses a spray bottle and spritz it over her hair when her hair feels dry.

After about a week, you should start to see improvements in your hair. Overall, it is easy to make and use, and it’s all natural!
