Vaping is inhaling and exhaling aerosol, which is called “vapor”; vaping is produced by a device that resembles an e-cigarette or a pen. It has become widely popular in the United States of America since 2006-2007, especially amongst teens and young adults.

Primarily vapes were being used by tobacco smokers as a healthier alternative; recently they are also being used for marijuana smokers. There is still some debate about whether or not vaping is healthier or not than the traditional method.

Many think it is healthier because it removes the harm that would typically be caused by inhaling smoke.

Vape companies have created liquid flavors of marijuana and nicotine which is then heated on a heating coil.

That then liquifies the nicotine or marijuana. Once the flavor is liquified, a vapor mist is created instead of actual smoke. The vapor mist comes out of the end of the vape pen which is why it is sometimes called an e-cigarette.

    Vaping Vitamins? This is literally the first time I read about something like this. I mean I heard of vaping but trying to add vitamins I guess it is kind of a good idea. I mean why not right? Why not add some good into something that people always take about is bad? The cons on it are kind of good enough for me not to do it! I don’t smoke at all so this isn’t up my alley but for someone who is already smoking & stuff like that they should try it!

    I have to say this has my attention. Any time I have to remember to take a pill I always forget. So this might be a way better option. I have a friend that was getting Vitamin B shots to help her lose weight. I would be more willing to vape then to get a shot. The cons didn’t seem to be too bad. One of the pros that stuck out to me was that it gets to the bloodstream quickly. Sometimes pills just kinda sit in your stomach because they take longer to digest. This would definitely be a more convenient way to get your vitamins for me.

    I disagree with vaping vitamins! Why? Any type of smoke inhalation is not good for your lungs, period. I suggest if you want to take vitamins and struggle with the actual pills, invest in the gummies but stay away from anything that goes into your lungs!!

    So I didn’t know this was a thing!
    What’s wrong with getting your vitamins from eating the appropriate amount of fruits and veggies for your height, weight and fitness goals? Lol, I guess that’s no longer trendy.

    Health is more than what’s easy or trendy. Its understanding that everything has its pros and cons. It’s also understanding your bodies’ needs. As a health coach, I would not recommend this to clients till there is much more research that really dives into the pros and cons of this method.

    Any inhalation of smoke can cause damage to the lungs and possibly your cells.
    So there are a lot of aspects to look at before trying this.

    Is it safe for pregnant women? Is it safe for people who might suffer from autoimmune diseases? Are you putting yourself at risk of developing certain cancers such as the throat or lung cancer?
