How We Ship Our Wholesale Orders With Care

Fast & Accurate Shipping is a Must!

We take special care in every wholesale order that is sent out. The Private Label Extension team knows the importance of every bundle that your customers are waiting on. It is crucial that all orders are shipped correctly on time with tracking information provided to you the customer. Let’s go over the shipping process.

Latest Shipping Software

All the websites that are managed by the PLE team utilize the latest shipping software to ensure accuracy. Orders are imported into the software automatically. If a company is copy/pasting the addresses for shipping then you could have big problems. Our software also double checks with the USPS that there are no errors with the shipping address that is provided. The system prints a shipping label and packing slip with the details of the order.

Double Checking Orders

The first team member will put all the bundles of hair extensions or 3D mink lashes together with the packing slip. A second team member will then double check the order for accuracy. After both team members have checked off the orders for accuracy a photo is then taken of the order along with the packing slip. This helps eliminate any questions about an order after it has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once the order has shipped, an email with tracking information is sent. We ship all orders via USPS Priority & Express. Please remember it can take up to 12 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the USPS system.

Shipping orders accurately is an essential part of all E-commerce businesses. The checks & balances system we have implemented helps limit the chance of any order inaccuracies. All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 3 pm ET. If by chance an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send an email along with a phone call to let you know exactly what the situation is. Because of our daily incoming shipments, it is very rare we are out of a specific product more than 24 hours. We hope you experience our shipping process with your first order with us!

    I love how quickly the team ship out your orders and how your team answer your emails back I had a friend order and she was telling me how the young lady help her pick the hair she needed and how nice customer service was but I was wondering when you do are order and when are labels that u use to put on product for shipping get low how do u let us know to send more label to send you or how many label do we start with
