Returns
Our return window is 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Clearance items, special listings and altered or custom products are final sale. Defective or damaged items are replaced.

Is the hair real human hair? Yes. All bundles, wigs, closures, frontals and bulk braiding hair are 100% human hair.
What is the difference between virgin and raw hair? Virgin hair is unprocessed hair that may be collected from multiple donors and steam-processed into a uniform texture. Raw hair comes from a single donor and is never steam-processed, so it lasts longer, typically two to three years with proper care, and takes color better.
How many bundles do I need? For lengths 10 to 12 inches, two bundles. For 14 to 22 inches, three bundles. For 24 inches and longer, four bundles.
How long does the hair last? Virgin hair typically lasts a year or more with proper care. Raw hair can last two to three years.
Do you sell to stylists at a discount? Yes. The Licensed Hairstylist Program offers up to 35% off and is free to join for licensed cosmetologists.
