Free standard shipping on every US order over $99. Under $99, standard shipping is a flat $4 — no matter how much you order.

Need it sooner? Add FedEx Express for $12.99, and your order arrives in 1–2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight are also available at live FedEx rates when you need it tomorrow.

Same-day shipping

In-stock orders placed before 12 pm ET ship the same business day. During our busiest periods, your order ships the next business day — and you'll always know, because tracking is sent the moment it leaves us.

Everything ships from our own Atlanta warehouse, so delivery time depends on how far you are from us. Standard orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days.

Special Order items are made specifically for you and generally ship in 3–7 business days, depending on the item.

Delivery

Your order is delivered straight to the address you give us. Packages can't be rerouted or held at a carrier pickup facility once they're on the way, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking, plus updates the whole way to your door.

Shipping Protection & Lost Package Policy

Private Label is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has left our facility.

We offer Redo Package Protection at checkout for customers who wish to insure their orders. This optional insurance covers lost packages while in transit. Please note that this protection does not cover stolen or damaged merchandise.

Without Redo Package Protection, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders lost after leaving our facility. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or losses caused by USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, as these situations are beyond our control.

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, it is not eligible for a claim. You may file only one claim per order, and submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

If you are shipping an item to us that costs over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
