Shipping policy

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly. Additionally please be aware that all packages must be delivered as addressed and cannot be held or intercepted at a pick-up facility.

In-stock orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Special Order items generally ship in 3 - 7 business days depending on the item ordered. 

 

We offer two shipping options:  

1 – 3 Business Day shipping
Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Insurance: We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
