Before you open an account
Do I need a business license or resale certificate?
No cosmetology licence is required — that is the licensed stylist programme, which is a different thing. This is a wholesale account for businesses, so the application asks what you sell and where you sell it. If you want to buy tax-exempt for resale you will need a valid resale certificate for your state, which is a tax rule rather than one of ours. Not set up yet? Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order, no case-pack requirement and no monthly quota to keep your pricing. You can order a single bundle to test a texture before you commit to a case of them.
How is this different from the stylist program?
The stylist programme is for individual licensed cosmetologists buying hair for their own clients, and it is verified against a cosmetology licence number. A wholesale account is for businesses that resell — hair stores, ecommerce sellers, dropshippers, salon owners and brand builders — and it is verified against your business instead. Same warehouse, same hair, different door in. If you are a licensed stylist buying for your own chair, apply to the stylist programme instead.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Private label and custom branding are available, which is how a lot of our customers turn our inventory into their own product line. That is the reason the company is called Private Label Extensions. Call (404) 458-1330 and the team will walk you through what is possible at your volume.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12pm ET Monday to Friday typically ship the same business day from our Atlanta warehouse, and most US orders arrive in 1–3 business days. US orders over $99 ship free. Because we hold the stock here rather than drop-shipping it from overseas, your lead time is measured in days instead of the two to four weeks an overseas vendor normally needs.
Do you dropship?
Yes. Dropshipping runs through our sister platform DropshipBundles.com and the Dropship Beauty app for Shopify. You list the products, we store, pack and ship them under your brand, and you hold no inventory and commit to no minimums. You can use dropshipping and a wholesale account together.
What are the margins like?
Your buy price is up to 35% below our published retail price, and that published price is a realistic benchmark for what US customers pay for comparable hair. You set your own retail price — we do not set it, cap it or police it. The other half of the margin question is money you do not tie up: with no minimum order and no case packs, you are not sitting on capital in textures that never sold.

Where does the hair come from?
It is 100% human hair. We import it from manufacturing partners we have worked with for years, inspect it, and warehouse it ourselves in Atlanta, Georgia. That last step is the part that matters to you: because the stock is already in the United States, you can order one unit and have it in a few days rather than waiting weeks for an overseas shipment to clear.
