There's an insatiable thirst for knowledge when we begin our mentorship journey. Mentees often come eager, hungry, and a little lost. 

It's a vulnerable time, but it's also ripe with possibilities. I remember those days when I was soaking up every piece of advice and every shared experience. 

The foundation is laid at the beginning, and as mentors, we are responsible for pouring as much wisdom and experience into these raw talents as possible.

My journey as a stylist was deeply rewarding.

 I recognized that the conventional approaches of the past might not resonate with this new generation. So, I asked myself, how could I bridge this gap?

By stepping away from traditional methods and meeting people where they were, I found a way to make spirituality accessible and engaging for the modern millennial.

Through guided activities, open discussions, and personal reflections, participants left not just with a belly full of delicious food but with clarity, purpose, and actionable plans.
